All packages include an Initial Consultation, the Rehearsal Coordination and various options for the Wedding Day Coordination. 

Initial Consultation: We will have one or two meetings to discuss all of your plans in detail. This allows us to gain a thorough understanding of your dreams, desires, requirements and expectations for your wedding. From this meeting we establish a wedding day schedule and “who does what” list.

Rehearsal Coordination: We will be at the rehearsal, to assist the officiant and the bride by orchestrating the timing, arrangement of bridal party and other details of the processional through to the recessional.  We will work with those involved in the ceremony in order to ensure that it comes off flawlessly! 

Wedding Day Coordination: Our packages are all designed to ensure a memorable wedding day from start to end, overseeing on-site details at the ceremony, photo shoot and reception.  We are dedicated to keeping events on schedule and taking care of any issues that may arise from the vendors and/or guests in order to ensure a smooth and relaxed day for the bridal party.
