Every wedding, celebration, corporate or non-profit event is unique and important. 

Our Detail Coordination Services are designed to expertly manage your event logistics. 

Day-of Coordination

​This package is ideal for couples who are in the planning stages of their engagement. We will jump into the plans you've started and work with you to develop a day-of schedule, communicate with your vendors and consult on any gaps that need to be filled. On the day, we will be on site for your wedding to ensure your day is stress free and runs smoothly. 

Day-of Coordination Package includes: ​

  • Initial Consultation - Let's get together and talk about your wedding plans, dreams and details and how we can help makes those come true.

  • Planning Meetings (2) - We will do a site visit to your venue(s) with you. Closer to your wedding day, we will sit down for a detailed planning meeting.

  • Planning Tools & Advice - We will manage the schedule creation, vendor communication, checklists, and more for you. 

  • Rehearsal Coordination & Attendance - We will be on site for your wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows what is expected of them on the wedding day.

  • Day-of Coordination & Attendance - We love being on site for your wedding day; to manage all the details, meet your needs with our Emergency Kit, and ensure the day is everything you want it to be.

  • Coordinator & Assistant - The details of your day are always managed by two members of our team, to ensure that you can show up and enjoy your wedding with peace of mind.

Corporate & Non-profit events can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave the Details to Me can ease your load by helping you strategize, plan and manage your event.

About  Us


We are a mother-daughter duo. Gayla Matos (right) founded Leave the Details to Me in 2010 and is certified with WPIC. Her years of training and experience have been passed along to me, Shantelle Vera (left) , who has assisted her throughout the years. I have now become the Head Coordinator of this business. 


Together, we have hosted, coordinated and planned dozens of events. Our main day-of coordination has been for weddings; we love seeing brides & grooms have their dream day happen. In the last few years, we have expanded into non-profit fundraisers & corporate events. Our attention to detail and our mother-daughter friendship make for the perfect team!

We have a trusted team of assistants and fellow coordinators who work alongside us, along with many vendors who we highly recommend for any event!
